Before you begin
It should take around 10 to 15 minutes. Please have the following documentation and information to hand before you start.
- ✦Photographic identity document for all beneficial owners
A valid passport or national identity card for each beneficial owner. - ✦Proof of address for all beneficial owners
A utility bill or bank/credit-card statement dated within the last 3 months. - ✦Personal and tax details for beneficial owners
Nationality, date & place of birth, tax residency and Tax Identification Number (or National Insurance number). - ✦Source of wealth & source of funds for all beneficial owners
Occupation, employer, and how the funds entering the structure were generated.
