Before you begin
This application establishes a trust with Your Company. It should take around 15 minutes. Please have the following documentation and information to hand before you start.
- ✦Photographic identity for the settlor and protector
A valid passport or national identity card for the settlor and any protector. - ✦Proof of address for the settlor and protector
A utility bill or bank/credit-card statement dated within the last 3 months. - ✦Source of wealth & source of funds for the settlor
How the settlor’s wealth was built, and the origin of the assets to be settled. - ✦Details of the assets to be settled
Description, value, currency and location of the property going into the trust.
